The development comprises 8 Godowns with a total developed area of 41,600 square feet, several of which are road facing with railway-access at the rear and incorporating modern design requirements such as reinforced foundation and walls, steel structural framing, modern water closet facilities (separate for men, women and management), borehole for assured continuous water supply, a generous mezzanine floor for managerial processes with full-length floor view, a kitchenette, and an external parking area for tenants and visitors. Water, sewerage and power facilities shall be provided by Kisumu Water and Sewerage Company and Kenya Power & Lightning Company respectively. Generator power as a back-up is among the provisions in planning.
